The training theme includes an introduction to SBC, contextual analysis, behavioral theories, and models, NGO's mission and objectives, understanding the target audience, setting smart goals, message development and tailoring, communication channels and tools, community engagement strategies, training in facilitation and education, ethics and cultural sensitivity, building sustainability, case studies and best practices, role-playing and simulation exercises, interactive workshops and group activities, and documentation and reporting.
