Dr. Nassir Ul Haq Wani has earned his PhD in International Business and Trade from Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University (LPU), India. A Certified International Trade Law Specialist (CITLS) from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and a Certified Reviewer of several scholarly outlets. Dr. Wani has worked with several institutions across South and Central Asia. Dr. Wani started his teaching career at LPU in 2013–2015. He completed his PhD in 2018, worked with Bakhtar University from 2016 to 2017, and also worked with Kardan University (ACBSP and IACBE-accredited) as Director of R&D and Professor at the School of Graduate Studies in Kabul, Afghanistan. Dr. Wani is a distinguished author and has primarily written on Afghanistan's economy, BRICS, SAARC, Central Asia, and ASEAN. His book “Policy Solutions for Economic Growth in a Developing Country: Perspectives on Afghanistan’s Trade and Development” is a well-researched book published by Emerald Publishing, UK. Dr. Wani has five edited books to his name, all from Springer and Emerald. He has published over 60 research papers, articles, and commentaries in world-class journals indexed in WoS, Scopus, ABDC, Kardan Publishing, and Scimago. Credited with a decade of rich academic and research experience, he has been involved in several training and consultancy projects as a lead author on research-related issues funded by the World Bank, KMF, USAID, and HEDP.

He has extensive experience as a trainer and master trainer in various types of training in different organizations and consultancy services. The training he has conducted so far includes female entrepreneurs training in, Business models, Bookkeeping, Product marketing, costing & and pricing and Business plans, Effective Communication, Management, Leadership, Presentation Skills, Effective Email-Writing, and Project Cycle Management (PCM). In addition, he is an ESL instructor at Kardan University on the night shift and has experience as a researcher.

Mr. Tahir Jamal has an MBA, with a specialization in finance and accounts, from Preston University, Islamabad, ICT, Pakistan. BSc. – Specialization in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Peshawar, KPK Pakistan. Certified Financial Consultant from the Institute of Financial Consultants, Wilmington, USA. Mr. Tahir Jamal has over 17 years of experience with multiple donor agencies, and international and national organizations in senior-level finance, operations, internal systems, and support services, grants and administration, finance, and compliance, and financial management such as Senior Advisor Internal Systems and Support Services, Senior Advisor Finance and Operations, Director of Finance, Grants and Administration, Director of Finance & Compliance, and Finance Coordinator in Afghanistan and abroad, The organizations have served are Development Catalyst International Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Creative Associates International (CAI), and International Medical Corps. He has extensive experience in finance, grant and contract management, compliance and audit, and development of financial policies and strategies.

Mr. Shafiqullah Rahimi has a bachelor’s in business administration (Specialization in Management), from Kardan University, Kabul, Afghanistan. Mr. Shafiullhaq Rahimi has over 21 years of experience with multiple donor agencies, and international and national organizations in senior-level management such as Program Design Consultant, Senior Advisor, Education in Conflict and Crises/DCOP, Deputy Chief of Party, Education Program Coordinator, in Afghanistan and abroad, The organizations have served are Save and Education Program Manager the Children International (SCI) in East Africa, -Creative Associates International (CAI) in Africa, CARE International and, Social Crisis Relief Development Agency (SCRDA). He has extensive experience in program design and development of different natures, such as the Design and Revision of a Systems Transformation Program (including program areas, an implementation plan with robust monitoring and evaluation plan), Organizational Capacity Development, developing concept notes, proposals, budgets, and M&E systems and Developing concept notes, proposals, monitoring and evaluation systems and tools for program interventions.
