Value chain analysis of potential livelihood and income generation from the production that includes data collection and research, value chain mapping, market assessment for different local livelihoods, analysis of opportunities and constraints, and vetting of findings with stakeholders and recommendations for future actions, and submitting the complete report. Furthermore, trained the established SMEs in record keeping and income management, for the Women Economic Empowerment for the Organization for Relief Development.

Financial Management training for People’s Action for Change (PAC) for its Finance Department and provincial Finance Officers/Assistants. The training includes Introduction to Financial Management, Accounting Cycle, Accounting Rules for Double Entry, Financial Statements, Components of Financial Statements, Elements of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, Audit, Fraud Prevention, Internal Controls, Planning & Budgeting, and Financial Monitoring.
Focus: Assessment of Buildings Status

Conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of the buildings, estimation and costing of the needs, design of new components and rehabilitation components, developed the assessment report, the material specifications, and the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and maintenance manual. The design included architecture, structure, water supply, wastewater, and modifying the electrical system to a solar power system.
