Dr. Kakoli Sen

Dr. Kakoli Sen has earned her PhD from Banasthali University, Banasthali, Rajasthan. She also has a master's degree in Human Resources Management (MHRM), from Annamalai University and a BA in Honors (English Literature) Patna Women's College.
Dr. Kakoli has academic experience in various universities. She has been working as a Professor & Dean, at the School of Business, Woxsen University, Hyderabad Co-Chair, Centre of Excellence – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion since 2022 up to this day. She has also worked as a Professor & Director, at IILM Pro Vice-Chancellor, IILM University, and Professor & Founding Dean, at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SoHSS) Dean Student Welfare, G D Goenka University, Gurugram. Furthermore, she has academic experience as an Associate Professor and Area Head (OB & HRM) & Program Director, at the Institute for International Management & Technology (IIMT- Oxford Brookes PGDM) and Associate Professor – (OB & HRM) & Associate Dean, IILM Undergraduate Business School (in Association with University of Bradford, UK) Program Director – IILM - IBM Foundation Management Program.
Considering Dr. Kakoli's industrial experiences, she has worked as a Consultant at Signtech WorldWide, Nairobi, Kenya along with Advisor- Training and Institutional Development at Divine Schools Africa, a leading school in Africa for Vocational Education Training. Moreover, she has been a Regional Training Manager (North & East India), Centre Manager and faculty – at Kashyap Radiant Systems Ltd, Bangalore, and Lead of Customer Relations – at M/S Gati Cargo Management Services.
